Dear Sir,

Could you please guide me as how to e-file reply in case of SLP (Cri. before the Supreme Court). I have already created my account on supreme court website. When I click upon the option of COUNTER, It asks for the diary number. If I put the case number in that column, it does not show any records.

Or otherwise, If I have to send the reply by RPAD, what is the procedure, court fees to be attaches, how many copies to be submitted?

I will be highly obliged to get this valuable information from you.

Regards.

Dr.Milind Nagarkar
