Is it mandatory that co-accused to be present for every hearing in DVC Case?

No. Even accused/respondent get exemption form personal appearance on all dates.

Thank you sir. I actually, had order from high court for dispense with appearance of all co-accused which has been disposed due to my absence on the previous hearing. I basically tried for quashing the DVC case (in HC) but it was not quashed in turn the only relief given to me was dispense with appearance of all co-accused. Since I had this order I submitted which is disposed now.

Can I submit my response for absence and try to revoke the order?
