My wife has filed a DV case against me. She will claim maintenance. She also has a false 498a registered for which I have got bail.
Is there a way to reduce the maintenance she will be avoided by reducing my take home salary by means of the following:
Voluntary PF contribution.
Personal loan in my name to pay for legal expenses because of false case.
Please let me know.

in reply petition of maintenance, you should give proper reason on your side, then there is a chance to reduce the maintenance amount, ask further suggestion your expert.
