DPC rules central govt

Central govt deptt DPC held in 0ct2005. names for promotion released in oct2005. No further panel. No further DPC in that F Year. ACRS are written on F year basis.

Two officers retired in higher grade in jan2006. whether vacancies originated due to those two retirements were to be filed through a panel of candidates which were in zone of consideration but not promoted in oct2005. whether non formation of panel for clear anticipated vacancies was not a anomaly

Dear Mr.Ajay,

In order to give you a very proper, appropriate and comprehensive reply, you have to indicate the following:

(1) The Department in which you are working

(2) What is the post / cadre in which you are working.

(3) Whether you are a direct recruitee (i.e. appointed thoruh UPSC) or not.

(4) The copy of the  Recruitment Rule for the higher post

(5) What is the total number of posts in the Promotional Cadre

(6) What is the break-up between Direct Recruit officers (i.e. appointed through UPSC) and promotees currently in the higher promotional post.

Only if you can provide the above information, one can correctly advise you.  In case you feel so, you can write to me with the above complete particulars on my email-id rrc@inbox.com
