If the violence is as bad as you have described then you need to log further reports at the police station. I believe that you have already done this, you may need to do this as soon as the incident occurs. This should only be reported if you are not intentionally provoking your wife. Again this does not give her the right to create domestic violence. I understand that your marriage was arranged and is only 2 years old. I hope this is not being done to come out of the arranged marriage. My suggestion is, that, you try and go down the route of mediation. Alternatively you can seek the professional services off mediators. If mediation does not produce results after several painful tries only then you should consider formal separation and hence divorce. Remember divorce is always a last choice. We must all try to mediate whatever our circumstances are. This is because marriage is a complex interaction off individuals rather than a simple knot tied together. Respected sainath sir, It is not repeted quary, as the incident took place yesterday, as i mentioned earlier i didn't have video footage of ny of the incident before yesterday tactically i did it. So pls help me if ny possible suggestions available nd kindly try to understand the pain i am going through. Thanks. I made my mind for divorce , thats why taking clips and all but living under one roof is not permitted me to go for filing divorce atleast 6 month separation is needed as advice by learned advocates, but she is not going out , neither her parents is taking ny steps. So technically i left with no choice. I don't know if i am been able to describe the situation or not. But i dont understand what to do.
