domestic violence

All, my wife filed dv case total of 48 points to which after 5 hearings thr lawyer appear n our lawyer ask for supporting documents for their points and on 6th hearing their lawyer doesn't appear n my wife comes n submit only our marriage certificate.I m like confused whats happening we are not denying that marriage did not happen but on what basis she has put such allegations. Please give any idea or just comment on what is coming up next. Thanks 498a n dv victim
