Domestic Incidence Report Under DV Act 2005

I have a question regarding the validity of DOMESTIC INCIDENCE REPORT. If the report is not signed by the Aggrieved person is it valid DV Report? It is only signed by the Child & Women Development Officer and signatures of Aggrieved person is missing. The report is admitted in court of law as evidence. Hence my question whether I can question the validity of this document Regards NAMDEV

Domestic incidence report should bear signatures of Protection Officer as well aggrieved party however this just a formality that will not be of much consequences while deciding the DV complaint by the court which will give weightage to the evidence of both parties in dispute.

Thanks for your views Vishal Raj ji...However in this case JMFC has passed an interim order purely considering Domestic Incidence report..the court referred to Domestic Incidence report in it's interim Judgement.
