Does any Judges have included ?

Not directly but indirecly some may have done it. If they did it directly, I would say he/she is the most straight forward judge.

So 20% Judges are good people in Judiciary. 

I dont see any harm in drinking either as a social drinker or for health, after all Judges are also human first and not transplanted from above.
