WE HAVE A DOCUMENT RELATED TO THE LAND BUT WHEN WE HAVE TAKE THE CC OF THAT DOCUMENT THE SIGNATURE HAS BEEN CHANGED AND MORE OVER THE CC IS QUIT DIFFERENT
I KNOW IT HAS BEEN CHANGED BY SOME ONE
CAN SOME ONE CHANGE THE DOCUMENT IN REGISTER OFFICE??
!)HOW CAN I PROVE THAT MY DOCUIMENT IS ORIGINAL .
2)HOW CAN I CASE A FILE AGAINST REGISTER OFFICE ?IS IT ADVISABLE
3)PLEASE SUGGEST ME

Illegal land transactions took place without indicating the original document as link document and the said properties of landed properties of late father (who had expired long back) executed as ancestral property claimed by the claimant but the claimant is neither a absolute legal heir of late father Is it necssary to issue to legal notice to the land grabber prior to proceeding legally
kindly advise
