The daughters are entitled to a share in the asncestral property.
If your grandfather's property is self acquired and not an ancestral property in your father's hands then you cannot claim any share in it as a right.

If GF dies intestate then his children and wife gets equal share if it is self acquired ,if father property is self acquired chidrens cannot claim any share as birth right.

The daughters are entitled to a share in ancestral property. If your grandfather's property is his own and not ancestral then your father's share will be treated as his own and hence you cannot claim any share in it.
