I purchased a land(Residential) from my father. He is the owner of the land and the patta is in his name. He has i.e I have two brothers and sisters. All are major. The question is whether I have to get NOC from my brothers and sisters or not.
If it is a proper purchase via a registered conveyance deed and the plot was your father's self acquired property not ancestral land you don't need an NOC. But, just to avoid any issues in the future you may ask them for the same- you will know their intentions.
