divorce nt declard but husband remarried

My husband filed a dv case in 2011 on me.still case is going on.but i came to know he got married a girl in 2015 .is there any possibilty to lodge a complaint on this marriage that he got married without getting divorce.

First gathered the proofs of his second marriage and then file a criminal case u/s 494 ipc for bigamey . Also file an application in the court to make her second marriage as null and void marriage .

Thanks fr ur reply Mr.Joshi. But sorry to say i have no proof of his remarriage.because he gt married in some kerala temple wher the temple incharge refused to provide the proof without the knowledge of the married couple.can u guide me hw to get aproof frm that temple legally
