Divorce case

Sr Good mng I am going through 498a and DV case, paying maint in dv act, recently wife filed 125, I hv two kids. Is filing divorce is advisable at this stage? Will it affect quantum of maint in 125 . Can wife file further maint case like 24, 25. I hv gone through forum and realised filing divorce gives nothing to husband, bu I hv not filed any counter case till now and want to put pressure on wife,plz guide

You can file divorce during any time while the proceedings are goingon for the cases filed by your wife.but as of now try to prove her 498a allegations against you are wrong.if you can prove so then that itself would become a ground for claiming divorce
