I got married in 2007, after two months of marriage thing went wrong in married life.
Please advice, i filed case against my wife for getting divorce. before filling i asked for mutual for which she delay 2 years than i asked, will live together without my parents for which she didnt ready. so at last filed case to divorce.
Now she And my parents filling case against me that i done domestic violence and divorce harrasment.
and even they filling case against me that am having extra martial affair with my friend.
how can i get divorce in this case, please advice ASAP.
