Dividend tax by holding company on giving dividend to shareholders

operating company pays 40% of profits as dividend to holding coy and pys DDT on i t. The holdoding coy pays dividend to shareholders out of such earning from operating company. Is dividend distribution by holding coy laiable for further dividend tax
