Dissolution of a partnership firm and rights of a partner

My elder brother and uncle running a business since 2005 with 50-50 partnership share.My brother invested cash and uncle allow his own registered land as a capital with mutual agreement.There was an unregistered partnership deeds but in that nothing was mentioned about the mutual capital agreement.As the property (land) on which the business is running is officially registered in my uncle name then after dissolution of the partnership firm 1)do my brother has any rights to claim the land(50%)? 2)Is the land considered as partnership firm property?

Answer to 1st question

No your brother cannot claim any share in land

 

Answer to 2nd question

Land cannot be considered of any partnership firm.
