Difine blood relationship chart

Hello sirs, Greetings! i am looking for blood relation chart in indian family, please describe who can be in indian blood relation by legaly from which we can take gift,release deed ,power of attorney. and another question we have ancestral property in maharashtra in rurral area, still partaion is not happened from my Grandfather's father on property my aunts name ( father's Sister) is on 7 12 sheet, now she is expired now i want to make release deed from her son is it in blood relation ? is it necessary to make relase deed from him. please reply.
