How long does a Diary no with defects stay as one of my case the other party filed a Transfer petition in Apex court a diary no was given however it shows lot of defects and is still not rectified its been more than 25 day and its still pending with defects.. I want to know how much time the registry give time to remove the defects and if not removed when will this TP gets squashed or disposed
