I have and question regarding dhana settlement. When I was in onsite, I bought a land in chennai. Since I was not here in India, I got it registered in my mother's name. I have one younger brother who is of age 20. Can you please tell me whether I can go for dhana settlement of registration process. Which would be better? If i get dhana settlement can i go and apply for home loan in future. And pls tell me will there be any problem in future if i go for dhana settlemement. Waiting for your inputs.
