Need clarification on the below said Ancestral property dispute
1.The propery belongs to Mr.sankar and died without settling to his legal heirs regarding the said
property
2.Mr. sankar had three sons and one daughter by name Ravi, MURALI, RAM and padma.They all lived together in one family.
Padma got married and is living seperately wih her husband.
3.Mr.Ravi and Murali both dead without settling to their heirs regarding the above said property.
4.Mr.Ram taking some amount as his share of the above said property from the general earnings and came out from the above said family with his wife and major sons and daughter and died.The legal heirs of Mr.Ram are unknown of anything about the property and their shares.
5.Now the dispute arises among the heirs of Mr,Ravi,Mr.Murali and Mr.Ram regading how to share the above said property amongthemselves.
6. Mr.Shankar owned two big houses and a commercial shop. The commercial shop is used as the only source of income for all
7.the above said property includes the two houses and the commercial shop.The age of the said property is
more than sixty 60 years.
8.The legal heirs of both Mr.Ravi and Mr.Murali say that the heirs of Mr.Ram have no rights to claim any shares from the above said property as their father took some amount from the general earnings by producing writings in ten 10 rupees stamped paper.
9.THE Writings given by Mr.Ram is unregistered and is not supported by the signatures of his major sons and daughterand his wife. At present the wife of Mr.Ram is living with her major sons.
Now the quetion is :
Whether the legal heirs of Mr.Ram and his wife have rights or no to claim their shares from the above said ancester property.
