I hv submitted in my reply k pillion rider who is dead next day in PGI is not with me but all evidences against me .my defence is bad road and suddenly mechanical error in my bike .WHAT CONTENTS I HV TO WRITE DOWN IN MY AFFIDAVIT IN CHIEF

You can write the same contents that you pleaded in the main petition.

Don't write a different story in the chief affidavit contradicting your own statements because that will become fatal to your own case.
