The Builder is died and the building form is apartment so the building members want to cancel the declaration of apartment what to do ?

A "declaration of apartment" is a legal document that establishes ownership and details about an apartment, including its dimensions, location, and common areas. It's often called a Deed of Declaration or a Deed of Trust.
If the builder is reported to have died, who had executed the deed of declaration?
Whether the construction of entire apartment and the complex has been completed and handed over to the apartment owners association?
What exactly is your problem?
Why do you want to cancel the deed of apartment/declaratgion?
What do you want to clarify by this post here?

All depends on terms and conditions of declaration.

What do mean from the statement"..... building form is apartment..." ?
If the builder has submitted declaration during his lifetime, which is legal requirement, it is valid and cannot be cancelled. Why do the members of apartment want to cancel the declaration ?
Facts posted are vague and not clear as to what you intend to communicate.

You have given a new information that the building is old hence the members are going for redevelopment.
The earlier opinions were rendered based on the information provided by you, wheras you appear to revert with new facts very frequently after getting answers from here.
Why don't you post the full facts in a single post so that we will be able to suggest you the solutions properly
Dr. J C Vashista (Advocate ) 23 May 2025
Still the facts posted are incomplete and vague.
It is better to contact and consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant records for proper appreciation / analyses of facts / documents of the case, professional advise and necessary proceeding,
