An uncle of mine expired few days back due to covid. He was a well known advocate. He and his staff used to handle cases related to income tax, GST, accounts, etc.
He is survived by his wife and his son who are trying to retain the work which he used to do, none of whom is advocate.
They are offered assistance by few of his fellow advocates but it creates a risk of his business being overtaken by them.
Is there any legal way through which his family can run his business as well as safeguard their rights?
