False accusations and suspension

An employee was suspended as he was found doing competitive work outside the office. However, the employee claims that these are false accusations. No proof was shown to the employee before his suspension. what actions can be taken?

Yes, the facts are not clear, however, the notice can be challenged before the concerned Authority.
