Namaste sir
During the process of selling residential site in Bangalore is it safe to handover the xerox copies of property documents to the interested buyer for him to go for legal verification
Regards
Narahari
1. IF you do not give the photocopy of the earlier Agreement of Property, THEN how will the buyer party verify the genuinely of the property document ????
2. It is a standard practice to give photocopies of Property Agreement, so that Buyer party can have it scrutinized by his Lawyer and/or Bank for Loan purposes.

Whenever any copy of any document (including AADHAR and PAN)has to be given, it is prudent to mention on each and every document the date on which it is given , to whom it was given, the purpose for which it was given, so that one can avoid misuse.
