the maintainance and welfare of parents and senior citizens bill 2019

my question is about the maintainance and welfare of parents and senior citizens bill 2019.
here the defination of "children" is changed. son in law ( daughter's husband) is also "child".
now my question is
1) after death of daughter, whether son in law have to take responsibility of ex mother in law, if her daughter was her only child?
2)if ex mother is law is divorced/ separated and already got interim from ex father in law then?
3) if she is below 60 then?

After death of wife, husband is entitled for marriage and there is no binding on him for maintaining his deceased wife's mother. However, if he received any property from her deceased wife's mother, the same can be claimed under the Act, if the mother in law is senior citizen
