Dear Sir /Madam,
I am working as an Sr Accountant in Bangalore,My native place is Andra Pradesh .
In one of obligation Police's are made a FIR up on me but in FIR shown date and time I was in my Office for the proof iam having finger thumb access , Attendance register and Karnataka shops and commercial office factory attendance register.
Now the case in the court...is it enough to show my obsent ....?
How can make a move as ligaly?
can I lodge a compliment in KA Labor dept ?
That is enough proof to show that at that time you were at you duty in the office, aperson cannot be at two places at the same time. That is enough to rubbish the FIR
