My mother received two houses from her mother and sister, now all are expired before 2009. we are 5 children (3 sons & 2 daughters). now(in 2017) one of my brother registered both the houses by using an un-registered will on white pepers(fake will).
He is now selling one house by showing those registered douments.
Kindly suggest what we need to do now.

Ji, Will does not require registration. How can you say the will is a fake one? If you have any doubt in the will, show it to a local advocate for further guidance.
