What is the maximum duration that a criminal case can go on. I was charged with a false attempt to murder case. but neither of the parties are attending the court. It has been more than 2 years.
Can the court dismiss the case if both the parties are not pursuing the case. As for example in a divorce case if neither of the parties purses the case; the case gets dismissed.
Also Can someone tell me the maximum months that can occur in two court dates.
