Depositing money in court under domestic violence case

In my domestic violence case interim maintenance order was passed, which I deposit in court by cheque (cheque was payble under name of the hon'ble court), the opposit party object the same giving reason that since cheque is under the name of the court, it is delaying the maintenance payment to wife. they are requesting that either cash should be given or cheque should be in the name of the wife.

Please suggest what I could do

Thanks

Cheque should be in the name of wife who is ordered to be paid.
