Deed settlement

sir,

My father willing to write a settlement of his property to me. is that better to write settlement or registration. if writing settlement will it be broken later. if so how to avoid breaking settlement. is it possible to write settlement without breaking it?.

settlement once done cannot be revoked unilaterally, but it can done bilaterally, if your father wishes to have life settlement he can do the same.,but it is always better to have registered document in place of a unregistered one.

Take entire family in settlement and follow equity. If it happens by avoiding other eligible relation will be quashed on undue influence or fraud.

sir 

my father is willing to write a settlement deed of his land purchased by him to me without giving share to any of the family that is my brothers and sisters everyone is elder than me. Is it possible to write a unbroken settlement deed. if yes pls suggest me the way to write a settlement deed..
