Public Work Department has imposed the penalty on the Public Limited Infra structure company. and PWD has sent arbitrarily, with out hearing the plea of other party, a letter to all Government agencies for withhold the payment for recovery of debts owned by pwd. Kindly suggest if the PWD action is tenable under the law of the land. what is the remedy available for the public company.
