She born on 1951 my father dies on 1969 property divided and she wrote that she dobt ask again in brothers property..but now again shr asking..my share is only written on stamp paper it is not registerd..but in grampanchyth i hv ownership certificate from 1992 iam paying taxes pls suggest me..that paper now can i register?

The share shall be decided as per nature of the property: ancestral or self acquired and personal law that applies in such case.
