Date of birth

It can't be changed on the hospital or municipal records for sure. It could be on SSC certificate though it's hard. You need a court order from a first class magistrate or higher rank. Good thing is that you don't need to change it for most legitimate purposes such as passport. Just go with you original DOB. Good luck.
