I reside in one of the society in Gurgaon. There is a tree inside the society which is located in front of my house. Due to tree, parking space is blocked and now a days, people start to fight on parking. I want to cut that tree. Can somebody help is there any rules regarding cutting trees?

1. Approach the "Tree Authority", who should be having its office in the Local Municipal office, for permission, before cutting the Tree.
2. Tree cutting is a criminal offence, punishable with Fine and also with imprisonment.
