thanks for d reply bro ....how is it gud for a cs as he has to deal wid company law only ..i think n d other thing which i wud like to ask is " can a cs work in a corporate law firm n how much usful he can be for d law firm" ........plz reply

CS not only deals with Company Law but he suppose to b a master of all the Corporate Laws. And thats his strength.
