Crpc 173 final report from court

My car has been stolen and the Police have submitted the NTR to the court.How do I get the Final court order for Insurance claims.Also is it mandatory for processing insurance claims/

Till the insurance claims are processed wait fo rsome time. You will get the whole insurance money equal to the cost of car. Wait and watch.
