Criminal case pending-public examinations

sir/madam, iam an accused in a criminal case u/s.120-B & Sec.8 of AndhraPradesh public examinations(prevention of malpractice and unfairness)Act,1997r/w.511 IPC. FIR was booked in 2010 june and i was sent for judicial remand for 9 days. released on bail. in 2015 october charge sheet was submitted to the court. in 2016 upsc cse prelims i got through and wrote mains in december, 2016. now waiting for results hoping that i may be in the interview list and will be in the final merit list. will this pending case become a hurdle for me to be taken into the service? kindly answer...
