I am using credit card from past 1 year. I have Rs. 42000/- outstanding. I am job less from past 6 months. Regarding this I have communicated to credit card bank to my unability to make the payment and requested do the settlement. But bank not agreed to do settlement and sent me legal demand notice to pay the full amount. Kindly advise me what could I do on this

You can submit your grievances at banking ombudsmen. They may be given a little relief to settlement the debts.
