court hearing status

Dear Sirs

my AP HCourt status has been updated. previously it was "pending" now showing

stage of case: "Admission "
causelist type: "Daily list"

it means hearing dates are daily/ eveyday or short gap between two hearings?

how long court waits for dismissal of my application if me or my lawyer do not respond.

many thanks.

Normally if the petitioner is not present during the call, either the matter goes to the next day listing or can be dismissed on default. It depends upon the concerned justice and pulse of the court on that particular day.

When a case is first filed at the High  Court, it is heard at the 'admissions' stage. If the Court finds that the case involves a substantial question of law the case advances to the 'regular' hearing stage. watch daily cause list online e-courts in that highcourt

By daily list, the case may be listed on any daily list, hence you may have to watch the daily list everyday in order to appear before court and present your side argument, your advocate will take care of it.
