whether name of plaintiff is necessary as a party in the counter claim by defendant?

Yes, the name of the plaintiff is necessary.

If the def is not joined him as a party n joined other as a party then it is tenable as a counter claim

and the defination of counter claim says that their is no necessary as a party bcz counter claim done only against plaintiff
