I reside in a CHS of Matunga E , Mumbai. Our building is 15 years old. We have not received the Conveyance from the Builder. Our Commitee is thinking of going for Deemed Conveyance. It is difficult for Society Members to Take out Time. Also we are not aware of the exact procedure and the Required Documents. We have 2 wings in the same area, But both are different Societies. Conveyance is first on our Priority List. Kindly Advice
