Too many restrictions and clauses will harm the relationship between the company and the employee. There will be no endeavour to improve and offer benefits to the organization. The employee will want to finish the agreement period and leave the company.

Nondisclosure and non-disparagement agreements are sometimes considered illegal when they impact the employee's welfare. Employers can use this provision to limit information about employees being shared with a third party. Any complaints about the employees' well-being cannot be shared or disclosed to a third party.

Employees are not permitted to leave the employer without prior notice or after the contractual period has expired. This prevents them from obtaining greater possibilities following the conclusion of the arrangement, or else they will face legal consequences for breaking the agreement.
