Registered marriage of an indian and us citizen in india

A. If an Indian citizen chooses to marry a US citizen under a religious ceremony under Hindu Marraige Act followed by registration with Registrar of Marriages on same day, is this marriage valid?

B. What are the circumstances under which such a marriage can become invalid?

C. The US citizen (not by birth) does not wish to do the marriage under the Special Marriage Act as that would involve getting a NOC from the embassy and that seems to be a time taking process. Does Registry with the Registrar of Marriages require submission of such NOC?

D. Does pendency of a dowry case in India have any affect on the already concluded divorce case in US?

1. The process is via Arya Samaj Mandir conducted purification ceremony first and then followed by Arya Samaj Mandir conducted marriage ceremony. They give both Certificates. Here US Citizen will be converted to Hinduism.
2. Follow up Arya Samaj Mandir Marriage Ceritifcate with Hindu Marriage Registration as per State Rules (documents / proof is what I mean here) where it was held.
3. Yes NOC is required for other cases and not if para 1 followed.
4. If
US
divorce was contested and not ex parte then the person should not re-marry till appeal process here are done with which is 90 days as per Indian Laws.
5. Dowry pending case in backdrop of contested or un-contested divorce in US has to be spelled first to give reply to your last que.
