Father,Mother Daughter Son-in-law residing

together ina house purchased in Mother's name.

Son and Daughter in law at US.

Can the married daughter demand ashare in

the house propety redfd. as a right Or it depends upon

Mother's willingness?

As the property is 'self-acquired' one, it can be disposed as per mother's wish.  No one can demand the share in the property as a mater of right during her lifetime.

It is self acquired property of the mother, so she can give it to any body.  Married daughter cannot claim the sahre.
