Sir,
I have purchased a land a while back.One day I noticed a neighbor got home electric connection wire over that land. He never asked for permission back then for getting the wire across my land.Now what are my steps to get that wire re allocated as I am planning on building house there and the wire is going across the middle of the land and future house. Please help..

Discuss and sort out the issue amicably so that electricity department may take necessary steps to relocate the wires obstructing your plan to construct your house.
If your neighbour / department do not agree to your proposal, seek a mandatory and permanent injunction through a local prudent lawyer.
