District consumer forum Award passed by only given pay compensation amount not mention interest but respondents can not pay award amount, complainant EP filed by same forum, after 7 year respondents pay only award amount now complainant entitle interest for belated payments.

You should have appealed the judgment and order passed by District Forum as no interest was awarded.
