Consequential benefits t fr 54(2)

I fought a litigation against termination of my service from IOCL (PSU) and succeeded in getting reinstatement with back wages & consequential benefits after a long long battle of 27 years reaching to end justice from Supreme Court. Still the IOCL not complying the judgement in true sense. For clarity I need certain clarification on the issue of consequential benefits. I have two basic questions- 1. whether consequential benefits attracts the promotions, all kind of allowances, anual bonus, accumulated leaves etc or not. 2. whether fundamental rules (FR54) applicable to the organisation such as Indian oil Corporation ltd being biggest PSU in India or otherwise what is the protection to them in lieu of fundamental rules.

What is the opinion of your own lawyer, who fought the case for you to win?

Also, (1) what was the date of judgment; (2) what time was allowed by the court to the IOCL to comply with the judgment; and (3) when the copy of judgment delivered to the IOCL?
