I have recently changed my organization. Earlier , my organization was having licence under the factory act . my current Company is registered under shops & Establishment Act Mumbai and having a strength of over 140 employees. In my last organization , it was mandatory to conduct Medical check up (under factory act). Can you please guide me is the same rule applicable in my present company. Should I conduct medical check up camp in my current organization as well since it has not been done since last three years.
