compelling attendance of respondent in civil suit.

the preference of petitioner is to compel the attendance of respondent before family judge for the settlement of issue u/s 9 of hindu marriage act instead of getting an exparte decree.how the attendance is possible.

You can not compel the respondent to give attendance before the family court in your sec. 9 HMA case .

what abt the provions of order 9 rule 12 and order 5 rule 27 in this issue.respodent husband is a employee of nationalised bank.
